Due to popular demand we are releasing another 100 solar package systems
Earlier in the year SolarLife
released a limited supply (100) of their "Solar Packages". It
was based on the 300 litre solar hot water system and a 1kw solar
grid system, both supplied and installed for under $4,000. (This
is the amount many other companies are charging for the solar
grid or the solar hot water alone.) The "SolarLife Package" proved
so popular that the offer was soon exhausted.
It became clear that the demand
was there for a quality but affordable solar power package for
the domestic consumer. Within weeks of the first 100 systems being
sold, Solarlife realized there was a need to continue to offer
their outstanding solar package. In mid July the decision was
made to once again release another 100 "Solar Packages".
Due to the expansion in territory,
these were also quickly exhausted and SolarLife has continued
to offer the "Solar Packages" while they can.
With the current round of Government
rebates about to run out people have to get in quick to take advantage
of this fantastic offer.
The SolarLife package uses Conergy
or Dux solar hot water systems in their solar packages along with
SolarLife's Australian designed 1kw solar grid systems.
In early July they designed and
released their own SolarLife 1kw Solar Grid System. We sourced
the best components we could find for our 1kw system. Australian
made Latronics inverters were chosen. The decision was made to
stay with the 175 watt solar modules, giving the customer more
energy for their dollar. There are various upgrades that are available.
With systems varying in size from 1kw to 5kw.
Eg: SolarLife's 1050 watts a
system, compared to other companies 1002 watts and 1020 watts.
"After all, it all ads up" says, Solarlife's Managing Director
Darryl Wright. "We don't want to just meet the standards, we want
to exceed them and have the SolarLife system, as the bench mark
against which others are measured" says Mr. Wright.
Conergy's SunTop III rails (Australian
made.) are used as standard, along with Conergy mounting hardware.
Local companies are also manufacturing or supplying many of their
balance of system components.
There are various upgrades that
are available, including digital readout inverters and computer
monitoring of system functions.
SolarLife Pty Ltd says it is
false economy to install a solar grid connect system for your
power if the householder does not already have a solar hot water
system fitted. Most of the power generated by the grid system
would be used up by an electric hot water system. This is how
the "Solar Package" came about, says Solarlife's Director Mr.
Darryl Wright.
Solarlife believes in their philosophy
so much, that for a limited time only they are offering 100 more
solar packages. They have expanded their area coverage to include
the Gympie, The Sunshine Coast and down as far as Caboolture.
Recent Agro Trend promotions in Bundaberg and Farm Fantastic at
Caboolture also proved successful. SolarLife's promotional solar
trailer display drew major crowds at these events with people
receiving quality information. For the first time people were
able to see exactly what they were getting for their money with
a complete 1kw roof mounted system on display.
The grid connect solar power systems
provide you with around a third of the average household's electricity.
Approx $300 a year savings at today's prices. Combine this with
the solar hot water system and not only do you reduce greenhouse
gases, but you could be saving up to 50% on your electricity bill.
I don't know of any other investment that on a dollar for dollar
basis provides you with a return anything like that. When electricity
prices rise, so does your return, says Darryl Wright.

We use quality components in our Australian designed grid connect solar systems. Conergy and SF175 watt solar modules, Latronics, Fronius and Sunny Boy inverters. Conergy SunTop III rails. They meet Ergon requirements and exceed Federal Government requirements for solar grid Connect Systems. They have a 5 year parts warranty and a 25 year output warranty.

A north facing roof with enough
room to mount the solar modules is the basic requirement. Highset
and tiled roof houses will be a little bit dearer due to mounting
systems. Naturally enough there are some conditions that apply
to meet the Solar Homes and Communities Scheme rebates.
