The fish are farmed in ideal sub-tropical conditions in South
East Queensland. These ready-to-eat fillets are hot smoked
over natural wood which retains their natural oils, giving
the fish a succulent texture and unique flavour.
Ideally served at room temperature or warmed.
100% Australian, environmentally friendly, no preservatives.
Ingredients: Silver Perch (Bidyanus, bidyanus) salt,
water, natural wood smoke.
Keep refrigerated 0-5 degrees, may contain small bones.
